The Service
You agree to pay fees for the use of this service, including the plan and transaction fee of the plan you select, request to be transferred to or are given notice you will be transferred to. You may vary your plan from month to month or cancel at anytime. No fee is refundable. Your remain responsible for all obligations in relation to any product or service you sold using our Service. You acknowledge we may withdraw the service at anytime. You also acknowledge that payment gateways e.g. Pay Pal and Stripe will charge fees for the use of their service and agree that you remain responsible for these costs, You agree that our and their fee\'s and any outstanding monies may be deducted from the purchase at the time the customer makes payment.
Ethics and legality
You represent and warrant that all content used by You will not contain objectionable content (including but not limited to content that is misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, and/or promoting illegal goods, services or activities), and that You will not mislead others.
You agree to use ethical and legal business practices, includnig but not limited to health, safety, bio-security, taxation and commerce laws.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law you fully indemnify The Farmers Lot Pty. Ltd. it\'s employees, partners and associates from any liability arising from your use of this site however caused.
You will not hold us responsible if the site is unavailable for whatever reason, including but not limited to business disruptions, server issues or malicous actors.
Other terms and conditions
You agree to be bound by any polices published by The Farmers Lot to the extent they place obligations or standards on sellers/vendors. You agree that these terms and conditions may be supplimented by others which you explicity agree to, including where we communicate such matters to you and you continue to use the website.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
